Bierstube serves enhanced recipes of the typical German meal, mostly of the Rhineland region and the bordering Wallonia (French/German).  In Germany, haute cuisine has a high quality; Germany had the second most restaurants in the world with one or more stars in the Michelin Guide, trailing only France.   Our chefs have culinary degrees having studied at Le Cordon Bleu, apprenticed under former head chefs of Le Bec-Fin and have lived and worked throughout Germany.
