Summary:

The Jules story was born out of a passion for good food,
family and a love of community. John and Jan Ordway, finding
a scarcity of restaurants to take their young girls, decided
to open their own place. A spacious, modern and comfortable
space where healthy, organic food would be paramount, community
involvement important, and where employees would have a fun and
positive place to work and.... most importantly, unlike anything
you've come to expect from a fast casual restaurant.At Jules Thin
Crust you’ll find only the freshest ingredients available.
Whenever possible, we use seasonal, organic ingredients, sourced locally.
Plus we use a special Hi Gluten flour (a Gluten free option is available)
that produces our crispy thin crust, and the best quality mozzarella
and parmesan cheeses. Our tomato sauce is made fresh every day using
the finest chopped organic tomatoes, plus gourmet toppings like
roasted eggplant, portabella mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata
olives and lots of fresh arugula ensure you’ll never run out of tasty options.
